Our in-house design and engineering team is dedicated to continually developing new and exciting products in response to new technologies as they become available.

We pride ourselves on sharing our knowledge and developments in lighting design, circadian technologies, glare control, colour quality, and changing building and wellness standards.

Austube is proud to be an Australian manufacturer, supporting local people and supplying Australian made products.

Accredited to ISO9001:2015, our quality systems are founded on rigorous quality and inspection standards, ensuring every product we produce exceeds compliance and meets our customers’ high standards.

Our ability to design and manufacture custom made luminaires that are project specific are unmatched.

From the moment we successfully designed and delivered the iconic light towers that surrounded Sydney Olympic Park at the 2000 Olympic Games, we have been rising to the challenge of creating functional and beautiful lighting installations. More recent examples include the Brisbane Supreme Court redevelopment, Wynyard and Town Hall Stations in Sydney, and the National Gallery of Australia.

Next generation thinking for a sustainable future

The principle of our family company Schréder, is to hand it over from generation to generation, with each generation contributing to making the business and its surrounding communities healthier and better. Our commitment to sustainability is based on this next-generation thinking: we continually innovate and change the way we look at the world through entrepreneurship. From energy efficiency at the advent of electricity to creating solutions that are more resilient in the age of data, we constantly adapt our sustainability policy to help customers face their bigger challenges.
